Before dinner, treat yourself to a simple aperitif. The bar wraps you in shades of tobacco and grey, between warm wood and soft armchairs. The perfect place to savour the moment.

Behind the counter, Rémi Brault, our head bartender, crafts hand-stitched cocktails. A flair bartender who sends bottles and shakers spinning through the air, and a veteran of many competitions, he turns every cocktail into a little show. Here, there is no cocktail menu: the idea is simple. Tell him your tastes and what you feel like, and he will create a bespoke cocktail just for you, one you will not taste anywhere else.
