In a warm and relaxed atmosphere, let yourself be tempted by a selection of grilled meats, fish, seasonal vegetables and other delicacies cooked over a flame, before your eyes.
The brasero enhances flavors, brings guests together, and makes every Friday a truly gourmet experience. All accompanied by fine wines, house cocktails, and a relaxed atmosphere, both indoors and on the terrace, depending on the season.
With friends, family or as a couple, the Prieuré's brasero evenings are the perfect opportunity to start the weekend with generosity and pleasure.

In a warm and elegant setting, the restaurant of the Hôtel Le Prieuré invites you to savor authentic cuisine, inspired by the Alpine region.
Our chef enhances local produce with passion and expertise, creating dishes that awaken the senses and celebrate the love of their producers.
From aperitif to dessert, each bite reflects the richness of our region and is enjoyed in a friendly atmosphere, where tables set near the fireplace complete this gourmet and memorable experience.


The restaurant is offering to the hotel guest some “pause prieuré” from 10.30am to 6pm.
